Case Management

Case Managers review incoming requests, change status of the request and add comments through a work log area.


Case Managers search participants, view and edit profiles, password retrieval, log participant services and manage documents of eligibility.


Administrators post Job Opportunities, News & Events, and Resource Links using a back office web based system.

Participant Login

Participants can login to update Employment Profile and Work History information.
